Business Development Executive (BDE)
Salary
(Based on Interview, Experience & Performance)
Job Role- Generate new business through direct sales, cold calling, email marketing, and lead follow-ups.
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Handle client consultations for company registrations, certifications, licenses, and compliance services.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth execution of client projects.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Meet daily calling, follow-up, and sales targets.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Direct Sales, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
