Experience

8+ years of data, SAP analytics, BW, or enterprise data architecture experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define the historical-data strategy for the SAP cloud transformation.
• Lead SAP BW decommissioning/sunset planning.
• Determine which historical datasets must be retained and how they will remain accessible.
• Design retained-data reporting strategies.
• Support reporting through SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Define archive and historical-data access strategies.
• Develop the roadmap for future SAP Datasphere capabilities.
• Work with business and audit stakeholders to establish historical reporting requirements.
• Define disposition strategies for large historical payroll datasets.
• Assess whether payroll history should be:
  • Cloned
  • Archived
  • Retained in a reporting store
• Design strategies for very large historical datasets, including 350M+ payroll-history rows.
• Lead historical attachment/content migration strategy.
• Coordinate migration of SAP GOS/ArchiveLink content to an enterprise document repository.
• Support repository architecture and retention requirements.
• Ensure historical data remains accessible for reporting, audit, compliance, and business needs.
