The Role

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards at the fresh food counter.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and adherence to all hygiene regulations.
• Implement sales-promoting measures and drive innovative ideas for the counter.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and supplier relationships for the fresh food offerings.
• Oversee daily operations, from cost and revenue development to regular inventory checks.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training, preferably in food retail, or equivalent experience with first supervisory experience in fresh food or bakery departments.
• Strong knowledge of fresh produce and a keen eye for quality and presentation.
• A solution-oriented, results-driven work ethic with commitment and conscientiousness.
• Excellent customer focus, communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
• Flexibility to work a variable shift system, including Saturdays.
