The Role

• Manage and mentor a team of Product Marketing Associates tasked with executing visual marketing strategies.
• Oversee the review and direction of creative assets for catalog layouts, web pages, flyers, email campaigns, and more.
• Act as a key liaison between Merchandising and Creative departments during the new product selection process.
• Drive open and efficient communication regarding new and existing product development and web marketing initiatives.
• Develop strategic new product positioning, considering both existing product lines and customer perspectives.
• Analyze market research and internal reports to identify emerging product trends and inform marketing strategies.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, product management, or new product development with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing or selecting new products.
• Experience with catalog development is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
