Job Description  

Clearly state hands-on HCD, IODF, IOCDS, and IOGEN (IOCP) experience as a primary responsibility, not just as part of general systems programming duties. Ensure it reflects that he regularly performed HCD/IOGEN activities.
Add the confirmed IBM Z15 to Z16 hardware migration experience, including responsibilities such as hardware planning, HCD/IOCDS updates, I/O configuration, activation, validation, and production cutover. (This was confirmed by him on the phone with me).
Highlight experience working on current IBM Z hardware platforms, especially IBM Z16. If he has any exposure to Z17, ask to include ongoing support for current-generation hardware.
Emphasize large enterprise data center experience, including multiple CPCs, LPARs, Parallel Sysplex environments, and enterprise-scale hardware implementations.
If applicable, mention IBM Hardware Management Console (HMC) administration and hardware configuration responsibilities.
Include examples of IBM Z hardware upgrades, processor installations, I/O configuration changes
