IT Support Engineer (Level 2)

HAYS is partnering with a well-established, mid-sized Managed Service Provider in Perth to recruit an experienced
IT Support Engineer (Level 2). As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you will provide remote and on-site support to a range of businesses, taking ownership of technical issues and delivering effective solutions across cloud, infrastructure, networking, and end-user technologies.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing Level 2 technical support across multiple client environments
  • Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Managing Azure AD / Entra ID environments
  • Deploying and supporting Microsoft Intune solutions
  • Configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless networks
  • Building, configuring, and deploying Windows Server environments from the ground up
  • Escalating and resolving complex technical issues
  • Maintaining documentation and following service delivery processes
  • Working closely with clients to deliver an exceptional support experience

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment Strong Microsoft technology experience, including:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Microsoft Intune
Networking knowledge, including:
  • Network configuration and troubleshooting
  • Routers, switches, wireless networking, and firewalls
Server administration experience, including:
  • Windows Server installation and configuration
  • Active Directory
  • DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
  • Virtualisation technologies
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
