• Interacts with leadership to help set direction and prioritize Accounting & Finance technology product initiatives
• Serves as a business liaison between technology and the team members that serve in Accounting & Finance
• Provides initiative status reports and ADO iteration updates according to the information needs of the stakeholders
• Works closely with internal & external audit groups
• Supports Accounting & Finance application administrative tasks such as master data maintenance, user provisioning, interface support and application configurations
• Coordinates Accounting & Finance application testing and implementation adhering to SDLC controls (system deployment life cycle)
• Acts as an Accounting & Finance business point-of-contact for the IT Desktop Support Team and other service desks
• Experience using data analytics to drive new business streamlining opportunities, measure, and track key value metric for success of initiatives
• Assists with development of training plans, curriculum and web course review for team development and mentoring
• Supports in the development of training material for Accounting & Finance Business Units as well as development of training plans

All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or other related field or equivalent experience
• 3 years of finance and source to pay system integration experience
• Experience in Project Management or Agile Delivery Management
• Experience in data mapping, data translation, data governance

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• In-depth understanding of financial and accounting systems and processes
• 3+ years of Coupa configuration and platform administration experience
• Experience with Coupa functionality in areas such as: sourcing, contracts, requisitions, catalogues, supplier management, invoicing, user security, lookup values and approval chain configurations
• SOX or audit experience or familiarity
• Microsoft Power BI or other dashboard or report building experience
• Experience in low code/no code tools for automation solutions

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Coupa- Source to Pay System Knowledge
• Cognos or other reporting BI tool knowledge
• Communicator with proven skills in consulting with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and external stakeholders
• Great teamwork and collaboration skills
• Proven attention to detail and organization skills
• Experience driving change and improving end to end source to pay process
• Change management experience
• Demonstrated experience with analysis and problem solving
• Proven experience troubleshooting and solution design
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
