The Role

• Qualify prospects, sell memberships, and personal lines insurance products.
• Process premiums, bind coverage, and manage policy data entry.
• Develop a deep understanding of insurance policies, rating, and systems.
• Prospect for new business and follow up with existing members and insureds.
• Resolve membership and insurance issues with discretion.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and manage multiple tasks effectively.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of insurance sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to obtain Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses.
