Crew Superintendent

 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily jobsite operations for seed and grain industry projects across the US.

• Ensure jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, and zero-incident culture.

• Maintain quality standards, project schedules, and labor budgets.

• Plan construction activities, manpower, equipment, and materials.

• Supervise crews and subcontractors.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and customers.

• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage project closeout.

Requirements

• 5+ years of agricultural construction experience.

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and OSHA safety regulations.

• Experience in crew management, project planning, and jobsite execution.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Advanced safety and construction training preferred.
