Salary: Up to £45,500 plus company vehicle, tools provided, uniform etc

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends

Location: Tidworth

Your Role

  • Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, air handling and refrigeration systems across sites.

  • Diagnose faults and complete mechanical and electrical repairs to plant and equipment in line with maintenance schedules and company standards.

  • Undertake inspections and remedial works relating to HVAC, heating, ventilation, plumbing and associated building services installations.

  • Ensure all work complies with safety requirements, building regulations, quality standards and safe systems of work.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records using company systems and documentation processes.

  • Provide excellent customer service, respond to queries professionally and support clients, customers and stakeholders.

  • Work collaboratively with the wider maintenance team to deliver an efficient and effective service while supporting health, safety and environmental objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualifications: Mechanical/HVAC qualification, relevant electrical qualifications such as 18th Edition/Test and Inspect, and a full UK driving license. Knowledge of or experience in Pool plant maintenance and testing and oversight of compressors is desirable.

  • Experience: Proven experience servicing, fault finding, repairing and maintaining commercial HVAC, Strong knowledge of heating and hot water plant, building services engineering and health and safety requirements, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions. Experience of troubleshooting installations and repairs within a varied maintenance environment is essential.

  • Skills: Able to work independently and as part of a team, effectively manage daily workloads and deliver high standards of workmanship. You will understand RAMS and safe systems of work, demonstrate a proactive customer-focused approach, communicate clearly and professionally, use initiative, and take responsibility for completing work safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
