The Role

• Provide targeted intervention in Maths, English, or Science to students with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, tailoring flexible and trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons, ensuring effective reporting and feedback on student progress.
• Work collaboratively with schools and local authorities to uplift educational standards.
• Contribute to a child-centered mission focused on a better future for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of teaching experience, preferably with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Understanding of safeguarding principles and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
