Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Program Manager to lead a high-visibility enterprise initiative that spans AI, Finance, Risk, and Compliance. This is a program-level leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end delivery, governance, and execution across multiple cross-functional teams.

Note: This is not a Scrum Team TPM or Scrum Master role supporting a single Agile team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale enterprise programs, establishing PMO governance, and delivering strategic initiatives across multiple business and technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise programs from planning through execution.
• Establish and manage PMO functions, including governance, operating model, reporting framework, and program controls.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to drive multiple modernization initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Prepare and present bi-weekly and monthly executive leadership updates and status reports.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor program health, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Leverage JIRA Cloud and Confluence Cloud for program planning, tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise programs end-to-end.
• Strong experience establishing PMO structures, governance models, and executive reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives across Engineering and Product organizations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Hands-on expertise with JIRA Cloud and Confluence Cloud.
• Experience leading initiatives involving AI, Risk, Compliance, or Finance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Finance, Regulatory, or Compliance domains.
• Exposure to enterprise modernization or digital transformation programs.
• Agile and Scrum experience is preferred; however, this role focuses on program management rather than Scrum team facilitation.
