Position Summary

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Developer with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AI Agents, LLM, Python, and AWS Lambda.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting AI-powered Contact Center solutions for an existing Amazon Connect/Lex implementation.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support cloud-based Contact Center solutions with a focus on customer experience platforms.
• Develop and customize Amazon Connect integrations, call flows, reporting, and omnichannel capabilities.
• Build and enhance AI agents for existing Amazon Connect/Lex implementations.
• Develop intelligent IVR and conversational experiences using Amazon Lex and LLM-assisted NLU.
• Develop AWS Lambda functions using Python for Contact Center integrations and backend workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Contact Center solutions.
• Troubleshoot and support existing Amazon Connect environments.
• Ensure Contact Center solutions meet performance, security, and business requirements.
