Special Education Teacher

Job DescriptionJob Description Join Our Team as a Special Education Teacher New Haven Youth & Family Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Teacher to join our school-based program serving at-risk youth with significant behavioral and learning needs. This is a 225-day school year position. This role is best suited for an educator who has experience working with students with mild to moderate disabilities and who is comfortable in a structured, therapeutic, and highly collaborative school environment.

You will deliver individualized instruction while working closely with clinical and support staff to ensure students receive consistent academic, behavioral, and emotional support.
