IT Project Manager

Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of IT and application projects, managing scope, schedules, costs, documentation, procurement coordination, and stakeholder communications. The role supports a manufacturing client and requires onsite work in Spokane, WA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, primarily within IT/IS.
• Ensure projects are properly initiated and gather required technical information from internal and external resources.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with project scope.
• Coordinate with Planning and Supply Chain to procure equipment and components on time.
• Communicate project status, timelines, needs, and changes to team members, stakeholders, and management.
• Maintain project documentation and recommend process improvements while following applicable manufacturing and financial guidelines.
