Product Manager, Enterprise Finance

Our client is a fast-growing fintech building industry-specific business-banking products for modern companies. Founded in 2021, the company processes billions of dollars in annual card volume, generates more than $300 million in annual revenue, and serves thousands of businesses. It recently raised a $100 million Series C led by a top fintech investor, bringing total funding to approximately $160 million, and is expanding into enterprise finance, AI-assisted workflows, and global financial infrastructure.

The role and why it matters

As Product Manager, Enterprise Finance, you will be the founding product leader for a new enterprise vertical. You will own the strategy, roadmap, design, adoption, and commercial impact of products spanning accounting integrations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, and enterprise-grade controls. This is a high-visibility role for someone who can translate complex finance workflows and direct customer feedback into intuitive products that unlock large enterprise customers.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the enterprise finance product suite from discovery through adoption and revenue.

• Expand accounting integrations across systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, and Xero.

• Build products for accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management, auditability, and enterprise financial controls.

• Work directly with controllers, CFOs, finance teams, and enterprise sales to understand workflows, prioritize requirements, and unblock high-value deals.

• Collaborate daily with engineers to set priorities and ship product iterations at startup speed.

• Own product and design decisions for complex finance workflows, including evaluating and improving UI and UX.

• Use AI-native prototyping and product tools to turn ideas and customer feedback into working concepts quickly.

• Develop product strategy from customer conversations, market research, conferences, usage data, and commercial opportunities.

• Help define how AI agents can improve enterprise finance workflows and connect with systems of record.

What we're looking for

• 5 to 9 years of product-management experience, preferably at a fintech startup or company building accounting, payments, or finance products.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise finance domains or systems such as ERP, accounts payable, revenue attribution, auditability, accounting integrations, or expense management.

• Experience building fintech, payments, accounting, or enterprise financial-software products.

• Strong customer-facing ability and comfort working directly with enterprise buyers and users.

• A track record of translating user feedback into clear technical priorities and directing engineering teams on what to build.

• Strong design judgment and the ability to evaluate intuitive UI and UX for complex workflows.

• High agency, end-to-end ownership, and evidence of successfully taking products from zero to one.

• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco five days per week in a fast-paced early-stage environment.

Bonus points

• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles or managing large enterprise customers.

• Founding experience, entrepreneurial work, or a history of building and running a side project or business.

• Familiarity with AI prototyping and product tools such as Cursor, Replit, Claude Code, Figma, Linear, or Notion.

• Experience with products used by CFOs, controllers, accountants, or finance operations teams.

• Strong academic background and clear signals of excellence such as promotions or unusually broad ownership.

Compensation, location, and equity

• $160K-$225K base salary.

• Competitive equity.

• Full-time, on-site work in the South Park area of San Francisco five days per week.

• Existing visa transfers, including OPT and H-1B transfers, may be supported.
