German speaking Account and Relationship Manager

Are you a fluent German speaker who enjoys building relationships and working with people? We're looking for a Relationship Executive/Account Manager to join a growing international team, supporting clients across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and wider European markets.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in account management, customer service, business development, customer success, or client relations who wants a varied role with genuine career progression.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Managing a portfolio of accounts and delivering exceptional service.
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing partnerships.
• Handling client enquiries and providing ongoing support.
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Using CRM systems to manage account activity and keep records up to date.

About You:

• Fluent in German and English
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised and proactive
• Commercially minded with a natural ability to engage with people
