The Role

• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.

• Proven ability to lead a branch to success.
• Completed vocational training in retail, or equivalent experience.
• Friendly demeanor and passion for customer interaction.
• Strong leadership, communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• Eagerness to work diligently and hands-on.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
