Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong technical and development experience in Infor WFM.
• Develop and support integrations using APIs, HTTPS, SFTP, flat files, SQL, XML, JSON, and batch processing.
• Support integrations with ServiceNow, SAP, Kronos, Ping Identity, Data Lake, ARMS, and other downstream systems.
• Develop custom interfaces, file-processing components, reports, extracts, and WFM enhancements.
• Troubleshoot interface failures, data issues, batch jobs, security, SSO, and performance problems.
• Implement monitoring, error handling, reconciliation, reprocessing, and operational controls.
• Prepare technical designs, interface mappings, deployment plans, and support documentation.
• Experience supporting cloud-based, high-volume, and business-critical WFM environments preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Shift Bidding and Vacation Bidding applications using ServiceNow App Engine, ensuring scalable and user-friendly employee workflows.
• Configure bidding eligibility, bid groups, preferences, validation rules, awards, overrides, approvals, and notifications based on business and union requirements.
• Develop and customize solutions using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Workflow Studio, Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Custom Tables, and ACLs.
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and Infor WFM using REST APIs, HTTPS, SFTP, and file-based processing to exchange schedules, bid results, awards, and schedule changes.
• Implement monitoring, audit trails, reconciliation processes, error handling, and reprocessing controls to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
• Support requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployments, production support, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis in a high-volume workforce environment.
