📍 Portland, OR | Full-Time (Tuesday-Saturday) | $20–$23/hr + Commissions

Arboreal Management is the property management arm of Great Expectations, a fast-paced, mission-driven real estate investment firm focused on providing affordable, innovative, and profitable housing throughout the Pacific Northwest.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Leasing Associate to take ownership of leasing across a portfolio of multiple buildings. These include micro-units and workforce housing—well-located, desirable, and easy to lease.

You’ll become the face of our communities to prospective tenants and a key contributor to our growth and success.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to leads and conduct tours across multiple sites

• Craft compelling property narratives and develop marketing strategies

• Manage social media campaigns and online listings

• Build rapport with prospective residents and close leases

• Coordinate move-ins and follow-ups

• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and the broader leasing team

• Use tools and data to track performance and improve outcomes

What You Bring

• 2–4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role

• A vehicle and an ability to drive between sites

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

• A professional, can-do attitude and the ability to self-manage your time and priorities

• Comfort with data, digital tools, and multitasking across locations

• A desire to grow your career in real estate and learn from experienced mentors

• Bonus points if you’ve used AppFolio or other leasing/PM software!

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (DOE)

Generous Commissions: Uncapped and performance-based
