Responsibilities:

  • Verwalten und Überwachen von Projekten vom Start bis zum Abschluss mit Fokus auf Timing, Budget und Qualität.
  • Erstellen und Überwachen von Budgets, Forecasts und Ressourcenplänen.
  • Kundeninteraktion pflegen, um deren Bedürfnisse zu verstehen und das Projektmanagement entsprechend anzupassen.
  • Arbeiten in interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams, um unterschiedliche Perspektiven zu integrieren.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung klarer Abläufe, um transparente und verlässliche Kommunikation sicherzustellen.
  • Status quo hinterfragen und Prozesse kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.
  • Offenheit für KI und neue Technologien zeigen, um innovative Tools und Arbeitsweisen zu erkunden.

Qualifications:

  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Begleitung von vielseitigen Projekten.
  • Fähigkeit zur sicheren Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Affinität für Zahlen sowie Budget- und Ressourcenmanagement.
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Bereitschaft, in einem der Standorte Berlin oder Düsseldorf in Vollzeit zu arbeiten.
