Job Summary
Minimum years of experience: 12+ years
Lead IAM strategy, architecture, and solution design initiatives.
Drive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) programs and enhancements.
Partner with business stakeholders, security teams, and application owners to define IAM requirements and roadmaps.
Design and govern Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, RBAC, access certifications, and access lifecycle management.
Lead application onboarding and integration into IAM platforms.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on IAM best practices.
Support IAM transformation and modernization initiatives.
Engage directly with client leadership and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and govern Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, RBAC, access certifications, and access lifecycle management.
Lead application onboarding and integration into IAM platforms.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on IAM best practices.
Required Qualifications
12+ years of overall IT experience with substantial experience in IAM.
Strong expertise in SailPoint ISC/IIQ, Saviynt, or similar IGA solutions.
Deep understanding of Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access concepts.
Experience with SSO, MFA, Federation, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and LDAP.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
Experience leading architecture discussions and solution design workshops.
Preferred
Financial services domain experience.
Experience in large IAM transformation programs.
Relevant IAM or security certifications.
