Description
Join a dynamic Risk Technology team as a Senior Business Analyst.
Located in Jersey City, NJ, this is an onsite contract position.
Work with stakeholders across Risk, Data, and Technology teams.
Ensure data integrity and support risk initiatives.
Strong skills in generic database query languages and data analysis are essential.
Focus on credit risk processes and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate to drive improvements in credit risk strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for credit risk data.
Perform data mapping between source systems and target models.
Conduct data profiling to assess data quality and support remediation efforts.
Write complex queries to extract, analyze, and validate data.
Support UAT for data-related projects and provide insights for credit risk strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, with 3 years focused on credit risk.
Strong proficiency in generic database query languages and experience with large datasets.
Hands-on experience with data mapping, data profiling, and data quality tools.
Solid understanding of credit risk concepts and regulatory frameworks.
