Recruiter

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Recruiter for a position with a Global E-commerce and Cloud Computing Company located in Seattle, WA. This is a short-term contract opportunity.

This role is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, including interviewing, reference checking, and onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will operate under established guidelines and immediate supervision within the human resources field.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, check references, make offers, and conduct orientation for new employees
• Perform exit interviews and process changes of employee status
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• Work under immediate supervision, typically reporting to a supervisor or manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related area of specialty may be required
• 0-2 years of experience in the field or a related area
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within recruiting

Pay range: up to $41.13 per hour
