The Role

• Achieve and exceed defined sales goals and business objectives within an assigned territory.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute sales plans.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, aiming for a minimum of 20-25 calls daily with 8 meaningful conversations.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with assigned accounts.
• Deliver virtual/online product demonstrations and educational events.
• Manage inbound customer inquiries and assist field sales teams with scheduling and materials.

What You'll Need

• 2 years of sales experience.
• 4-year college degree.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently and learn new technical information quickly.
• Strong computer skills, including CRM tools like Salesforce.com.
• Understanding of key healthcare drivers and market dynamics.
• Proven business acumen, including pricing, contract management, and ROI analysis.
