Position: Tableau Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development: Design executive, operational, and regulatory reporting dashboards using Tableau Desktop, Server, and Cloud.

• Data Modeling: Build reliable data connections, semantic layers, and complex calculated fields.

• Security & Governance: Configure strict user access permissions and row-level security mapped to banking compliance rules.

• Performance Tuning: Optimize slow-loading workbooks, heavy extracts, and large financial data volume queries.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with financial analysts and risk managers to define key performance metrics.

• Tableau Suite: Expert knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Server/Cloud administration, and data blending.

• Database & SQL: Strong background in writing complex SQL queries across enterprise relational databases like Oracle or Teradata.

• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with banking concepts such as risk analytics, transactions, fraud monitoring, or retail lending.

• Soft Skills: Clear communication to explain technical constraints and present data visualizations to non-technical leaders.
