The Role
- Own onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion for enterprise customers
- Help build AI-powered CS automations, workflows and scalable processes
- Partner with Product & Engineering to shape the future of the platform
The Need
- Customer Success or Account Management experience within B2B Saas
- Comfortable with APIs, integrations, data and technical troubleshooting
- Commercial relationship builder
- Passion for AI, automation and building modern Customer Success functions
