Job Description

Role: PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant.

Location: Remote
Duration: Contract

Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll experience with strong techno-functional expertise
• Core HR, Workforce Administration, Position Management, ESS/MSS
• Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management & Compensation
• PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode & Application Engine
• Component Interface, File Layouts, Application Packages & Excel-to-CI
• Integration Broker and inbound/outbound interfaces
• BI Publisher, PS Query, SQR & nVision reporting
• AWE workflow design, configuration & troubleshooting
• PL/SQL, database optimization & PeopleSoft security
• Production support, incident management, RCA, PUM updates, retrofits & upgrades
• Requirement gathering, functional specifications and SIT/UAT testing
• Experience with multiple PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades or support engagements

Preferred: Fluid pages, Tiles, WorkCenters, Dashboards, Pivot reporting, ELK, Global Payroll and ACA/Benefits compliance.
