Job Description

Role: Project Manager

Location: Bay Area, CA(Hybrid)

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Marketing and Operations to lead cross-functional initiatives, streamline business processes, and ensure the successful execution of strategic projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to drive efficiency, improve workflows, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery.
Coordinate with Marketing and Operations teams to align project objectives with business goals.
Track project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
Facilitate cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Prepare project status reports and present updates to leadership.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Project Management experience.
Strong background in Marketing and Operations.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.
PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification is a plus.
