Senior Software Engineer (Python / Agentic AI)

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of software engineering experience (or 3+ years with a Master's degree)
Strong proficiency in Python, Java, C#, or .NET
Experience building web applications and SaaS platforms
Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems
Advanced SQL knowledge including data modeling, transactions, and querying
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Exposure to AI-first or agentic AI development approaches
Strong focus on code quality, testing, and maintainability Desired Skills & Experience Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
Familiarity with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS
Understanding of API gateways, authentication, and identity management
Experience designing and scaling high-performance systems
Exposure to open-source tools and frameworks
