The Role

• Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email in a call center environment.
• Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts, working to reduce aging.
• Confer with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments and establish payment plans.
• Collaborate with a team to minimize outstanding balances and bad debt.
• Meet and maintain department goals in a fast-paced setting.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior call center experience or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.
