The Role

• Conduct independent individual and group psychotherapy sessions for children and adolescents.
• Treat patients with complex conditions and comorbidities.
• Actively support the organization and structuring of ward processes and workflows.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of treatment and therapy concepts.
• Participate in training and further education for medical and psychological staff.

What You'll Need

• Completed state examination (Approbation) or advanced psychotherapist training in behavioral therapy (over 24 months).
• Interest and willingness to work in a multidisciplinary therapeutic team.
• Clinical experience in treating children and adolescents with various disorders.
• Engaged, reflective, and responsible approach to therapeutic work.
