Schedule: PRN
- Manages and responds to calls and/or alarms and initiates immediate response.
- Coordinates and/or dispatches staff in response to requests for service. Retrieves recorded documentation as required.
- Monitors the activities of persons on the premises by way of surveillance systems and communications.
- Initiates communication with team leader/manager when additional staffing support is necessary and assists with resolution of those issues.
- May be responsible and accountable for hiring, training, supervision and performance appraisals of security shift employees.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
- Required Credential(s):
- None Required.
- Preferred Credential(s):
- Security Guard.
Education
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
