Job Summary

UF Corporation is seeking a results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse activities, optimize operational efficiency, and lead a high-performing team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth logistics, inventory accuracy, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular audits
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to streamline operations
  • Monitor KPIs (productivity, order accuracy, turnaround time) and implement improvements
  • Manage warehouse budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
  • Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Handle problem resolution and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–7 years of warehouse or logistics management experience
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with inventory systems and warehouse software
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
