The Role

• Prospect new business and develop assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored service plans.
• Utilize provided tools, including an iPad and sales software, to prepare agreements and manage client information.
• Collaborate with a team that prioritizes safety, professionalism, empathy, integrity, and innovation.

What You'll Need

• No industry experience required; sales experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licensing (company sponsored).
• Willingness to work independently in the field and interact with customers.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including ladder use, lifting up to 50 lbs, and accessing confined spaces.
