We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Central London .

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Mechanical PM looking to take ownership of exciting, high-value projects and work with a well-established team.

The Role:

• Manage mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion
• Take full responsibility for project delivery, programme, cost and quality
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, engineers and site teams
• Manage client, consultant and contractor relationships
• Oversee procurement, variations, valuations and commercial performance
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project reporting
• Coordinate closely with electrical and other MEP disciplines

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
• Strong background in commercial fit-out
• Experience managing mechanical packages on medium to large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and associated mechanical services
• Excellent understanding of project delivery, commercial and technical processes
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Relevant mechanical qualifications / industry experience

Package:

Salary up to £90,000 depending on experience
