We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) at a leading hospital located by the Baltic Sea. This specialized hospital ensures medical care for the region, with expertise in orthopedics, trauma surgery, neurology, and internal medicine, treating approximately 50,000 patients annually. The Role

• Assume responsibility for high-quality patient care within established nursing standards.
• Monitor and care for intensive and mechanically ventilated patients, ensuring their safety and stability.
• Competently perform basic and advanced nursing care to aid patient recovery.
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team, working alongside physicians and therapists for holistic patient management.
• Actively contribute to the development of nursing processes and participate in the in-house resuscitation service.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse.
• Preferably, specialized training in intensive care nursing or a willingness to pursue it.
• Independent, responsible, and structured work ethic.
• High level of empathy, professionalism, and a passion for nursing.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and service orientation.
