The Role • Perform image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT) using modern techniques for precise treatment delivery. • Apply stereotactic radiotherapy for highly accurate tumor treatment with minimal impact on surrounding tissues. • Conduct intraluminal, intracavitary, and interstitial brachytherapy to ensure individualized patient care. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and medical physicists. • Uphold high standards of patient care and safety in a clinical setting. What You'll Need • Completed, state-recognized training as a Medical Technical Radiology Assistant (MTR/MTRA) or equivalent, with current radiation protection expertise. • Ideally, some prior experience in radiation therapy. • A genuine passion for the profession, demonstrating empathy and a patient-oriented approach. • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
