Maintenance Engineer

Mobile Maintenance Engineer Location: London &amp; Surrounding Areas<br />Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 DOE<br />Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm We are looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer / Multi-Skilled Engineer to join an established building services company covering commercial sites across London and surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for an engineer with a strong HVAC, mechanical and general building maintenance background, offering an excellent salary, early finishes and long-term job stability. Duties Include:

• PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings
• Fault finding and general building services maintenance
• Servicing and maintenance of AHUs, FCUs and HVAC systems
• Basic electrical maintenance including emergency lighting, switches, motors and smoke alarms
• Mechanical fault finding and component replacement
• Plumbing repairs including leaks, blockages, taps and associated pipework
• Water temperature checks and basic water hygiene duties
• General plant room maintenance
• Minor fabric and general building repairs
• Completing maintenance works in line with site PPM schedules

Requirements:

• Previous commercial building maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
• F-Gas qualification essential
• Multi-skilled maintenance experience
• Electrical qualifications would be beneficial
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong fault-finding ability and a stable employment history Package:
• £45,000 – £52,000 DOE
• Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
