Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Miami, FL (Florida).

Responsibilities:
* Project Manager will develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
* Drive the deployment of a new Content Management System (CMS) for digital boards
* Coordinate activities between internal technology teams, vendors, operations, and franchisees
* Track risks, issues, action items, and project deliverables while ensuring deadlines are met
* Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership
* As a Project Manager, you will partner with franchise owners to gain buy-in and drive successful adoption of new technology
* Communicate project expectations clearly and influence stakeholders through strong relationship-building skills
* Coordinate testing, deployment, and rollout activities
* Support change management efforts and ensure a smooth transition from the legacy platform
* Potentially assist with additional technology initiatives, including Oracle Symphony POS deployments

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Project Management experience leading technology implementations
* Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
* Proven ability to create and execute detailed project plans
* Ability to influence without direct authority
* Experience working with external customers, franchisees, or distributed field organizations is highly desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
