Job Description

SAP Technical Program Coordinator

McKinsol

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Program Coordinator to coordinate technical activities across a large and complex SAP program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SAP Batch Management, batch jobs, scheduling, sequencing, and dependencies.
  • Track and coordinate SAP and non-SAP interfaces and system dependencies.
  • Align job/interface owners and coordinate technical teams for setup and execution.
  • Monitor batch jobs, coordinate failures/issues, and drive resolution.
  • Facilitate cross-workstream meetings, status tracking, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support end-to-end testing, cutover, and production execution activities.
  • Maintain technical documentation, schedules, and dependency trackers.

Required Skills

  • SAP Technical Program/Project Coordination experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Batch Management, Job Scheduling,.
  • Experience with Control-M, Autosys, or similar scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of SAP interfaces and SAP/non-SAP dependencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
