• *The Role**
• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of vehicle issues, from simple fixes to complex faults.
• Offer reassurance and outstanding service to members in need.
• Work a demand-led shift pattern averaging 40 hours per week.
• Start and finish your shifts from home.

• *What You'll Need**
• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic work.
• A strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make confident decisions under pressure.
