Job Description

Electronic Assembler Brisbane

Our client is seeking a hands on Production Assembler to join their Brisbane manufacturing team. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated electronic and mechanical products used across a range of industrial applications.

You'll be responsible for assembling, testing and supporting the production of technical equipment, working closely with a skilled team in a quality focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic and mechanical components using technical drawings and work instructions
  • Perform soldering, wiring and mechanical assembly
  • Conduct product testing, inspections and quality checks
  • Identify and report faults, defects and production issues
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately
  • Assist with inventory, component kitting, packing and dispatch
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across production processes
  • 7:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday
  • $33.85-$36.85
  • 6 month contract with genuine view to permanency
About You
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production or assembly
  • Hands-on experience with electronic and/or mechanical assembly
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics and work instructions
  • Soldering and wiring experience highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Practical problem solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Experience with electronics testing or ERP systems highly regarded
