As a Mobile Dispensing Optician, you'll support Leightons practices across Berkshire and the surrounding areas, bringing your expertise, energy and patient-first approach wherever it's needed most.

Whether you're helping a patient choose the perfect pair of glasses, supporting a busy clinic or working alongside a new team, every day brings something different. It's the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety, independence and making a real impact.

What is the Pulse Team?

Think of Pulse as the heartbeat of Leightons.

Our specialist mobile team supports practices across the business with holiday cover, additional clinics, practice support and short-term projects.

You'll work within a dedicated travel radius of up to 90 minutes from your home address, so you'll always know the area you'll be covering. No unexpected cross-country journeys, just flexibility, variety and support where it matters most.

To make mobile working easy, you'll receive either a company car or travel allowance.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a qualified Dispensing Optician who combines technical expertise with outstanding people skills.

You'll be:

• Fully qualified and GOC registered

• Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care

• A confident and engaging communicator

• Consultative and customer-focused in your approach

• Comfortable working across multiple locations and teams

• Organised, adaptable and proactive

• In possession of a full UK driving licence
