Mint People are recruiting experienced, motivated and professional Premium Hospitality Supervisors to lead our hospitality teams at one of Manchester's premier entertainment arenas, hosting over 150 world-class concerts, comedy shows, sporting events and live performances every year!

Your Role

As a Premium Hospitality Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards while leading your team throughout each event. Your responsibilities will include:

👥 Supervising and motivating hospitality staff across premium lounges, suites and VIP areas.

🍽️ Leading pre-service briefings and ensuring the team is fully prepared for service.

⭐ Delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving customer queries professionally.

📋 Allocating sections and managing staff throughout service to ensure smooth operations.

🤝 Supporting, coaching and developing team members to maintain the highest service standards.

🥂 Overseeing food and beverage service, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.

🧹 Ensuring hospitality areas remain clean, organised and presentation-ready throughout events.

✅ Maintaining compliance with food hygiene, health & safety and venue procedures.

📞 Acting as the key point of contact between the venue management team and hospitality staff during service.

What We're Looking For

• Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, events or premium service environments.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

• The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
