Snowflake Data Engineer

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data warehouse solutions using **Snowflake**.
• Develop complex SQL queries and perform **performance tuning and optimization**.
• Build and maintain ELT/ETL workflows using **dbt and Apache Airflow**.
• Implement AWS-based data solutions using **S3, Glue, and Lambda**.
• Design data models using **Dimensional Modeling and Data Vault** methodologies.
• Develop and manage **Snowpipe, Streams, and Tasks** for automated and incremental data processing.
• Implement CI/CD practices for data engineering and deployment workflows.
• Use **Terraform** for infrastructure provisioning and automation.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, scalability, and security across data platforms.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver data solutions.

• 8+ years** of experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with **Snowflake**.
• Advanced **SQL** skills and query performance tuning.
• Experience with **dbt** and **Apache Airflow**.
• Strong AWS experience with **S3, Glue, and Lambda**.
• Expertise in **Dimensional Data Modeling and/or Data Vault**.
• Hands-on experience with **Snowpipe, Streams & Tasks**.
• Experience with **CI/CD** pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with **Terraform**.
• Strong understanding of **Data Warehousing concepts and architecture**.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
