The Role

• Enrich the lives of residents through dedicated care and support.
• Perform essential geriatric nursing duties including medication administration, personal care, and digital documentation.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with residents' families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Provide professional and personal guidance to auxiliary staff, trainees, and interns.
• Contribute creatively to daily life activities, leveraging your expertise.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional.
• Alternatively, a completed vocational training in geriatric or general healthcare and nursing.
• A high degree of empathy and a commitment to respectful interaction.
• Strong teamwork skills and a passion for elder care.
