Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Lead  (This is more of a manager role  )

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ months

Must have valid LinkedIn with profile picture

Must have education industry exp.

This is more of a manager role 
 
• Demonstrated people-management experience, including direct reports and responsibility for team performance and delivery.
•  Experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM teams through post-go-live stabilization.
• Experience managing a blended team of employees, contractors, and/or consultants.
• Experience working in a large, complex enterprise or healthcare environment.
