The Role

• Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, managing efficient workflow operations and leading the team in a partial capacity.
• Oversee all tasks within the sales floor and stockroom, including inventory control, product merchandising, and quality assurance.
• Ensure product freshness and availability, particularly for fresh produce and baked goods.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions, as well as support stockroom and cleaning duties.
• Contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

What You'll Need

• A completed vocational training in retail, or relevant professional experience.
• A friendly demeanor and enjoyment in interacting with customers.

• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective communication.
