The Role

• Lead the development and deployment of digital cross-domain solutions for national security customers.
• Drive customer engagement to capture, define, and understand user and security requirements.
• Decompose hardware, software, interface, and security control requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout system development, integration, test, and deployment activities.
• Support system accreditation efforts following the Risk Management Framework.
• Plan and implement cross-domain data flows, data schemas, and data handling policies.

What You'll Need

• Experience developing requirements, including capability and system-level requirements, user stories, or use cases.
• Experience developing technical written deliverables for system delivery or deployment.
• Experience with online collaboration and work tracking tools (e.g., Atlassian Suite, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).
• Knowledge of the Risk Management Framework and its application to system accreditation.
• Ability to plan systems delivery and deployment efforts, including technical plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk tracking.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 5+ years of engineering experience, or 12+ years of engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
